Developed in response to Covid-19, Mondo VQ is a virtual queuing platform developed for airports, shopping malls and tourist parks. Its primary purpose is to manage congestion and allow for social distancing in typically high traffic areas within your venue.

1. Reserve a spot

Our technology “lives in the cloud”, allowing customers to enter the queue from multiple entry points. Customers can scan a QR code placed within your venue, or access the queue via a web page, app or an SMS message.

2. Get updates

Notifications will advise customers of their wait time. You may also choose to present customers with offers and coupons from recommended waiting areas and retailers.

3. Scan & go

When it’s the customers turn, they can proceed to the relevant queue and scan a barcode to enter.

Monetising the queue

Charge a fee to jump the queue. Customers who don’t like to wait can choose to pay for the convenience of skipping the queue.

You can also display offers to your waiting customers. Our algorithm can display offers that are most likely to resonate with them - based on time of day, day of week and location. Use these offers to direct customers to wait in areas where they are likely to spend/redeem rewards or even make purchases.

Our platform allows you to distribute simple surveys while customers wait in the queue, or at the end of the virtual queue process. You can feed your survey responses into your CRM or data lake to analyse and continuously improve.

All features of Mondo VQ can be easily managed through your portal. You can manage your queues, waiting areas and customer notifications.

You can also use your portal to create offers for customers or build targeted surveys to gain valuable customer insights.
